Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and sponsored athlete. Following the end of her childhood career in gymnastics, Ariel began competing at fitness competitions at the age of 16. At the age of 17 she was awarded her professional card only one year after. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and an athlete sponsored by IFBB. Ariel Khadr began her fitness career when she was just 16 when she gave up gymnastics. She was awarded her Pro Card within a year, at the age of 17. This made her an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel took a six-year break from her career after she earned her pro card to pursue her education. She came back in 2015 and continued from her previous place of taking part in elite contests like that of the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. After her first show for a few years and set higher goals each year. In 2009, she had won four other fitness titles. In 2009 she won named the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She was also one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged only 17). Ariel Ariel Ariel took the time off for six years from competing after earning her pro card in order to complete her university education. The IFBB Fitness Pro debut was in the Phoenix Europa Games in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. She came in third at the event. She won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer 2016 and qualified for Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, Ariel stepped onto the Olympia stage and took 6th place in Fitness Division. Ariel was elated of her 6th position in the Fitness Division even though she having zero expectations. It's no surprise that she was able to place so high, in light of the contest. Ariel constantly improving her physique. Ariel likes working out her back. She usually does bent-over rows, single-arm lats pull-downs (on machines) as well as pull-ups, and sitting rowing. She warms-up first before moving on to working sets. Ariel is the most efficient use of her limited time. Her back exercise routine consists of three or more supersets, each comprising 10-12 repetitions.
