Angela Sun was born in Santa Clara County, California on 19 October 1979. She is a American journalist, sportscaster, documentary filmmaker and TV presenter. She earned a diploma in Communications and Sociology at the University of California. Sun was a great surfer and took part in numerous pro-am surfing contests. It led to her get sponsored by major brands like Roxy Reef Billabong Vans, etc. The recognition provided a fantastic chance to get her into the field of entertainment. Sun later went on to become an who was an investigative sportscaster as well as film director. Sun has worked as a news anchor for numerous channels. Sun was the Fox Sports Net correspondent in 2003. The show she hosted in 2012 was American Ninja Warrior, alongside Matt Iseman. Sun was host of The Yahoo Sports Minute in 2014. She is the only Asian-American who has ever appeared as a host on ESPN Fox Sports Yahoo Sports Tennis Channel. Sun was a part of a number of movies, and her skills in acting have been acknowledged and appreciated. Sun has appeared in films such as Goliath (2016) Hit the Floor ( 2014- 2016) A Perfect Getaway ( 2009) Shackled (2005) Street Kings (2008) and Glowsticks and Drumsticks (2004). In 2014 Sun came out with Platic Paradise: The Great Pacific Garbage Patch a film of a feature length about the marine pollution caused by plastic and how it affects the ecosystem. Sun wrote, directed and produced herself.
